What we collect

When you join the waitlist or request the free checklist, we collect your name (optional), email address, and company (optional). If you purchase a kit, we also collect what's needed to process payment through our payment provider; we don't store card numbers ourselves. Payments are processed by Stripe, files are delivered from our secure storage, and emails are sent through our email service provider, Brevo.

How we use it

We use your email to send the free checklist you requested, notify you when kits launch, and send occasional updates about ModuleHire HR. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored in our database and, where you've opted in, synced to our email service provider to send you updates.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to have your information removed.
