What you're buying

Each kit is a guide and a set of editable document templates, licensed to you for use within your own organization. You may adapt them for your company's use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates outside your organization.

Not legal advice

These templates are built from HR experience, not legal review. They're a starting point, not a substitute for an employment attorney, especially for terminations, leave, and state-specific requirements. Always review finished documents with your legal counsel before you use them.

Advisory calls

Paid calls are general HR guidance based on what you share during the call. They aren't a substitute for legal counsel and don't create an attorney-client or ongoing consulting relationship unless agreed separately. The free 30-minute call included with the Everything Bundle is one call per order and must be booked within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds

Because kits are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final except where a kit is materially broken or missing content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
